The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and separate area with washing machine.

  There is a spacious lounge/dining room with double doors out to the terrace, large smart TV, including English channels a dvd player with a small selection of dvd's.

A South West facing covered terrace looks out to open countryside, vineyards and down to the sea.  For outdoor cooking/dining there's an electric plancha on the terrace.

The Location

The apartment is situated in a small gated development, part of Casares Costa Golf.  Only minutes walk is the Golf Club  Bar and Restaurant with stunning views over the countryside and down to the sea.  There is a gym, golf shop and hair and beauty salon on site.  

Located just off the main road leading the village of Casares, there area many fantastic restaurants, including Arroyo Hondo, Venta Garcia, The Forge and many more.  Also just minutes away is the prestigious Finca Cortesin Golf Resort, the venue for the Solheim Cup 2023.

The small fishing town of Sabinillas is a five minute drive and the beautiful Town of Estepona is only 7 miles away.  The nearest beach is 1km away with the fabulous La Sal bar/restaurant overlooking the beach.
