A beautifully furnished three bedroom Andalucian style house with panoramic views of the mountains and beach.  On a clear day you can see the North African coastline.  

Only 50 meters from a long sandy blue flag beach with a good selection of beach bars and restaurants along its length and just 5 minutes walk into the Spanish fishing town of San Luis de Sabinillas where you can buy all your provisions. 

The House

A spacious three bedroom villa (150sq m) that sleeps 6.  One double bedroom (kingsize bed) with ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a superking bed or the option of two single beds and a 3rd bedroom also with the option of a superking or two singles.  On the same floor is a newly refurbished bathroom.

The large living room/dining room has a large smart tv with English channels, a dvd player and a selection of dvd's.  It opens out onto the large garden terrace equipped with BBQ, dining table, chairs and relaxing sofas.

A fully fitted kitchen, with new fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, is fully equipped to cater for a family.

 On the recently extended roof terrace there is a fully equipped kitchen facility, dining tables, chairs, sun loungers, enjoying all day sun and panoramic views of the sea and countryside. 

 The villa is also has beach chairs, beach tables, umbrellas , picnic cool bags, games, adult bikes, 2 x kids scooters , kites, fishing gear and golf clubs and a gazebo!

Absolutely everything you will need for a wonderful holiday. 

The Location

Situated just a few steps from the Blue Flag beach of Playa Ancha and only 5 minutes walk into the Spanish fishing town of San Luis de Sabinillas where you can buy all your provisions.  The quaint, lively town of Duquesa Port is just 15 minutes walk and the bustling town of Estepona is just 10 minutes drive.  

Casares village is a 15 minute drive away, along the way you'll find many gourmet restaurants, some of the best in Andalucia.
